2. TRADE TERMS

• 2.1 What is the minimum order quantity for SSS products?

  Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product ,at the same time. we have more than 100 stock type which can support the different requirement of the customer. so, if you need small quantity like several pieces for a try, it is also available for us to deliver you.

• 2.2 Can you do the dropship business?

  Yes, We can ,if you are a eBay or online business for china electronics products, we can become your dropshipper.

• 2.3 How to get our new products information?

  You can learn through website update, E-mail, our promotion catalogue. Or you can consult about our salesman by telephone, fax

• 2.4 How can we get samples from you ?

   Samples are available. Normally we take 7-15days to make a sample. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge boot samples cost and post courier freight.

• 2.5 What payment terms do you accept?

  All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small.

  Some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.

   

• 2.6 How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?

  Price offer is based on customer's particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually,the offer is valid for 15 days.

• 2.7 Do you have agent in other country?

  We have sales agents in some countries, Normally we work with local companies.

• 2.8 Do you accept third party inspection?

  We accept the buyer's request of inspection by third parties, such as SGS, B.V., COTECNA, etc. but the total charges related shall be on buyer’s account.
